Encarnacion’s coffee portrays a fruity coffee, its peach like and delicately floral. Vibrant characters of a tangerine and juicy in structure.
This Pacas variety goes through an Anaerobic fermentation first, before washing. A great exemplary profile of the Santa Barbara’s diverse terroir. It’s our first year working with Encarnacion and we are so happy to be able to share this coffee with you.
