[Dynamic, Unique Process] Releasing the forth selection from Finca Gascon, we decided on a more vibrant selection. 

This gesha lot goes through a Lactic & Koji Fermentation process in an Anerobic environment. The result? A clean tasting, yet complex coffee. 

Drinking this coffee is dynamic, from being a fruit driven flavored coffee, yet having a complex acid structure. Key to manage this coffee is just resting, 3 weeks to a month.

Expect notes of fresh strawberries, peaches and when it cools, it turns pomegranate like. A coffee that certainly stand out from the array of exotic varietals that we can have access these days.
