[Lactic + Natural, Gesha] Profiled for filter but can still be done as an espresso base too if you prefer a light and fruity espresso.

Going through a few coffees from Finca Gascón, made us realize how much a coffee could be translated into different flavors whilst still respecting the terroir and varietal traits. 

The Lactic + Natural processed Gesha lot gives a more structured and dense strawberry profile. Followed with bright pineapple like characters. 

One thing we really love about this coffee is how sweet it smells and taste, more vanilla-like. The sweetness is persistent in the cup, till the end and lingers.
