HOW TO JOIN MEMBER?
  • For any purchase of coffee beans valued at RM100 and above at CREAM, you can get a FREE life time membership card.
  • With your membership card, you can enjoy 5% discount for coffee beans purchase in CREAM, Dataran Prima.
  • Upon registration, it will take THREE (3) working days to be processed.

 

COLLECTING POINT
  • Points are calculated after discount. 2% of the total purchase value of coffee beans will be counted as point.
  • One (1) point is equal to One ringgit Malaysia.

 

REDEMPTION
  • Cash rebate is only applicable for coffee beans purchase
  • You may redeem your membership points/cash rebate ONLY at CREAM
  • You may only redeem with a minimum of 15 points collected. auto redemption will be applied on your next purchase.
  • Points collected are NOT transferable,  shall not be refunded.
  • Membership points collected are not exchangeable or redeemable for any cash
  • Cash redemption/rebate is only applicable for purchases more than the cash rebate value.
  • Membership points not redeemed within the Valid Period will be automatically forfeited without any prior notification to the member holder.

 

GENERAL
* CREAM / The Roast Things Coffee Roaster shall not be held responsible or liable under any of the following circumstances :-
  1. Any unauthorized use of Membership;
  2. Any unauthorized Redemption or sale of membership points;
  3. Any failure to notify you of any changes in these terms and conditions
  4. The suspension and/or termination of this Program at any time without prior notification to you.
  5. CREAM / The Roast Things reserves rights to terminate the membership for any unauthorized utilization of membership card or point redemption.
