[Well balanced & clean] On the first sip, the Nicaragua Picaflor gives a medium slick texture, followed with sweet tones of Golden Raisin, acidity is subtle, yet not dull. The sweetness profile is brown sugar like. 

Structure of this coffee may feel slick, but it still offers a good cut through milk, to create a milk coffee that has a more sweet caramel-like profile.
