A coffee from the ACEVEDO, a micro region in Huila. Jhon Wilson Poveda inherited and currently managing this family owned farm for the past 70 years. This washed processed coffee that goes through a 36 hours of wet fermentation. The result from this process created a Bright coffee that reminded us of Oranges. In the background, it has flavors that reminded us of dark pitted prunes with dried spice like floral characters.
