This is a winner! Placed 3rd on the 2017 Honduras Cup of Excellence is a stunning coffee when we first cupped it. And it only gets better as days go by. This Pacas varietal is a true gem, boasts floral notes and honey like sweetness, tactile that reminds us of apple juice. Finishing that lingers so long and it kept us wanting for more. We are trilled to release this coffee, Honduras El-Guayabo.
