Clean, sweet, balanced. These are the three things that come in mind when tasting this coffee. However what makes this coffee distinctively unique is the stone fruit like characters that reminded us of plums. We also find the Hunapu a relatively versatile coffee that can be brewed using a 1:16 or stretched slightly longer in ratio. Both ratio offers great flavor clarity and sweetness. This is a coffee that gives a daily coffee a more interesting twist.
