For the month of June, we picked a Honduras pacas to start of the month. The sweetness is fruit-forward, supported by a juicy texture.
simple, sweet, and deeply enjoyable.

Then followed by Costa Rica La Catarata. A warm and soothing cup. Sweet, juicy and balanced. Nothing too bright or overly expressive, the brown sugar sweetness gently round out the plum-like acidity.

Sumatra Semendo & Kenya Nyeri Hill will be a contrast pair: expressive tropical fruit-forward flavors with vibrant acidity & a familiar flavor profile from Kenya that makes us always return to.

Last, there is 2 coffee with same varietal - java, subtle florality & elegant structure. Produced in Nicaragua and Thailand.
